What to do if a registered user forgets his/her profile password?

If a user forgets his/her profile password, he/she needs to fill up and submit the form below. Please note that after receiving a requisition an email containing a password reset link will be sent to the user shortly.CU Webportal Password Reset Form.

Ans: সমস্যাটির সমাধান রয়েছে। এজন্য আপনাকে নিচের দেয়া লিংকে ডুকতে হবে। এরপর এসএসসি ও এইচএসসি তথ্য দিয়ে Complaint Topic এ forgot password সিলেক্ট করে Complaint করলে এসএমএসে আইডি পাসওয়ার্ড পাঠিয়ে দিবে অথবা একটা Tracker ID পাবেন সেটি দিয়ে সা্চ দিলেই আইডি পাসওয়ার্ড সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা উত্তর দিয়ে দিবে কতৃপক্ষ।
